Since early childhood, Chef Ryan McSherry’s world has revolved around food. A child of the hospitality industry, he grew up in restaurants and kitchens.

Drawn to the spontaneity and chaos of “the line,” Ryan dedicated every waking moment of his early twenties to learning from the best of the best. After spending the better part of his 20’s training in James Beard & Michelin awarded restaurants, Chef Ryan became a student of the world, traveling frequently to learn from the ancestral masters of cuisine. Years spent practicing Pasta in Italy, trekking deep into the Andes to find Peruvian recipes, and exploring the regional intricacies of Spain have left an indelible impact on Ryan’s cuisine.

Today, Chef Ryan’s passion is split equally between crafting unforgettable experiences on Charter Yachts, providing intimate hospitality in UHNW estates, and designing mission-focused supper clubs around the world.
